Laura Crum is a mystery author who has spent over twenty years training and competing on western cowhorses. She has also written twelve books in her mystery series featuring equine veterinarian Gail McCarthy. Laura still rides and owns horses and lives in the hills near Monterey Bay in California with her husband and son. Trail riding is her current passion.
